Overview
By booking Cooki Casey Media for any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any inquiry or booking.

Bookings and Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This retainer will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date. Dates are not held until a signed contract and retainer are received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

Content Delivery
Raw footage and edited content will be delivered within the timeframe outlined in your contract. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the package selected. Content is delivered digitally via Pixieset or a similar platform.

Copyright and Usage
All content created by Cooki Casey Media remains the intellectual property of Cooki Casey Media. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use your content for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not resell or redistribute content created by Cooki Casey Media without written permission.

Liability
Cooki Casey Media is not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control that may affect our ability to deliver services, including but not limited to illness, injury, or extreme weather conditions. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your booking, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement or issue a refund.
